The family of Aeron Rees made a generous £1500 donation after Aeron, along with his nephew Gareth, attended our Dementia Café in South Manchester, but very sadly passed away not long after.
Part of this money went towards our Oaklands Dementia Café Memorial Walk in April in loving memory of Aeron Rees.
The walk allowed bereaved carers to share memories and photos, walk, talk, enjoy music and plant forget me nots.
