Together Dementia Support now has two mini buses that enable us to take our members out on day trips. We have visited Blackpool; Dunham Massey, Heaton Park and local garden centres.
Our trips out:
- Reduce isolation
- Get our members out into some green spaces,
- Give them the opportunity for some gentle exercise
- Enable them to engage with the local area
