Last week, members, carers, and staff from Together Dementia Support enjoyed a wonderful coach trip to Llandudno. The weather couldn't have been more perfect, and everyone had a fantastic time! During the journey, members got into the spirit with a seaside-themed quiz, and once they arrived, took in the fresh September sea air and had pleasant walk. They topped the day off with a traditional meal of fish and chips which was the perfect way to round off the trip. A big thank you to Jo for organising the trip, and big shout out to Colin the driver and the entire TDS team for coming together to make this day a huge success. You brought smiles to everyone's faces!
