We are looking for an experienced driver to join our small team of minibus drivers. Drivers play a vital role in delivering our services, transporting our members to and from groups each day of the week, driving them to additional events and day trips, and (occasionally) driving other community groups who wish to hire the bus and driver for trips out.

We are seeking a Dementia Support Co-ordinator to join our growing team. This role might be full-time or part-time depending on the candidate’s skills and experience.

The Dementia Support Co-ordinator will manage a caseload of people living with dementia and their family carers, assessing their needs and interests, giving expert information and advice, finding services for them and then being their point of contact throughout their journey with dementia.
