Caring in Hospital
Together Dementia Support, in collaboration with the MFT Hospital Dementia Nursing Team, will be hosting a series of informative training sessions for family caregivers of individuals with dementia.
The dates of all three sessions are:
Wednesday 12 June 1.30 - 3pm - Practical care in hospital
Friday 21 June 1.30 - 2.30pm - Legal and safeguarding issues
Friday 28 June 1.30 - 2.30pm - Discharge from hospital
