Together Dementia Support is your local dementia social care charity in Manchester. People living with dementia and their families have relied on Together Dementia Support since 2014 to help them live positively with dementia.

We provide a range of social and support services across Manchester, including weekly Friendship and Activity Groups, one-to-one home visits, Dementia Cafés, and specialist support for carers.

We’re here to make sure everyone affected by dementia can live well within a caring community.
